12. No contract in respect of the Goods between us and the Buyer shall exist until the Buyer's order has been accepted by the seller.

13. All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

14. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

15. If the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the Buyer will be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.

PRICE

16. All prices advertised are in UK £’s sterling.

17. The advertised price excludes the cost of delivery.

18. We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price advertised at the time of your order. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times.

19. All prices include VAT at 15% (where applicable).

20. The total purchase price and delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming acceptance of the order.

21. After the order is received we will send you an email confirming the details, description and price for the Goods before the order is processed.

PAYMENT

22. Payment on this website is made through PayPal secure pages.

23. Payment can be made online by using Paypal or by credit card/debit card. You will be asked for some personal details to carry out this process, this is to help protect our customers against fraud. You will then be asked for your credit card details, this is so payment for the goods can be made.

24. Full payment is taken when the order is placed. Please note that orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. Credit/debit card orders can only be delivered to the address at which the card is registered.

CANCELLATION

25. You can cancel your order with us at any time before it is despatched for a full refund.

DELIVERY

26. For full costs of delivery and general information please click on our Delivery Information at the foot of the page.

27. Whilst we will do everything we can to deliver the Goods in accordance with the Buyer's requirements, we will not be held responsible for any consequences of late delivery howsoever caused.

RETURNS

28. We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on sales@funandfunkyoutdoor.co.uk and notify us of the reason as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt of your order.

29. We will exchange or refund any item returned to us within 14 days of notification as long as it is still in its original sealed packaging. The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs. For damaged or faulty items any return postage costs incurred will be refunded to you.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

30. In order to become a Gold Member of The Fun & Funky Outdoor Store you will need to complete an online registration form and purchase a subscription.

31. Becoming a Gold Member of The Fun & Funky Outdoor Store entitles the customer to 10% discount on all further purchases of products, excluding delivery costs, for up to one year. Once you have registered, this will be automatically calculated at check out.

32. Gold Membership to The Fun & Funky Outdoor Store website costs £10.00 per year.

33. Gold Membership will need to be renewed manually by the buyer. Four Seasons Outdoor Ltd will not be responsible for renewing the Gold Membership of a customer at the end of the annual membership subscription.

34. Four Seasons Outdoor Ltd has the right to cancel a membership subscription at any time, and membership of the site is entirely at the seller’s discretion.

35. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.
