Standard Delivery

We try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum and will only charge what it costs us to send the item to you. That is why we have tierd delivery charges depending on the weight of your order, so you don't pay more than you have to! This will be calculated at the checkout.

We aim to deliver all items within 5-7 working days of receiving your order, usually sooner.

Once we receive your order we will send you an email confirming receipt. We always aim to despatch items within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Most of our items will be sent using Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class, Standard Parcel service or Courier. Larger items will be sent via courier.

Unfortunately, we can only despatch items Monday – Friday. This does not include Christmas or bank holidays.

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is charged depending on the weight of the items being despatched and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Special Requirements

If you require a ‘Signed For’ Delivery or any other special delivery requests, please contact us on sales@funandfunkyoutdoor.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For security reasons orders cannot be accepted for delivery to P.O. Box addresses.

Next Day Delivery

Please contact us if you require next day delivery. In most cases we can offer a next day delivery service. Your order must be received before 12 noon to be dispatched the same day (providing the goods ordered are in stock). In case of a query we need daytime telephone number. We are unable to offer this Next Day Delivery service to the following postcodes: AB, BT, CI, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, TR21, ZE and PO30-41. Please note that there is a surcharge for delivery to these areas.  

NOTE: To guarantee Next Day Delivery on time you must ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery otherwise delays could be incurred. Unfortunately, for some remote areas of the UK, and the Channel Islands, we have to add a surcharge for Next Day delivery.

Worldwide Shipping

We are happy to post most items worldwide. Unfortunately this website is only designed to calculate UK mainland postage upon order confirmation. Worldwide postage costs can be obtained by contacting us on 0845 459 2607 or sales@funandfunkyoutdoor.co.uk Airmail postage will be charged at cost, plus a £2.95 handling charge.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you to inform you of the postage costs before we proceed with processing your order.

 

FREE Local Delivery or Collection.

We are happy to deliver any items Free of Charge to addresses within a 5 mile radius of Wymondham, Norfolk.

We can also arrange for you to collect your item in person from our warehouse once your order has been processed.

For either of the above options, please select Free Delivery option at checkout and we will contact you by email to arrange a suitable time for delivery/collection.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact us on sales@funandfunkyoutdoor.co.uk and notify us of the reason within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will exchange or refund any item returned to us within 14 days of notification as long as it is still in its original sealed packaging. The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs. For damaged or faulty items any return postage costs incurred will be refunded to you.
